Biography
Frank A. Mazzagatti represents clients with chronic healthcare needs, those in need of estate planning and those for whom guardianship proceedings are needed. Frank is committed to providing world-class legal services by helping clients get the very best care without going broke. Dr. Mazzagatti earned his Juris Doctor degree from The Hofstra University School of Law in New York in 2010, also earning a concentration in Health Law. Dr. Mazzagatti also has a PhD in Health Care and has been a licensed and registered Respiratory Therapist since 1987.
Frank is admitted to practice law in New York and before the Bars of the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. Prior to practicing law, Dr. Mazzagatti held numerous executive healthcare administrative positions including Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer at The Parkway Hospital in Forest Hills, New York; Vice President-Operations at the Ambulatory Surgery Center in Brooklyn, New York and Executive Director of CARES at St. Peter’s University Hospital in New Jersey, to name a few.
