They wasted over 2 years of my time, expecting me to do all the work so they could collect a bigger check. They are very difficult to get a hold of and it seems they just use overseas call centers masked as a law firm to handle calls. They rarely respond, and if they do it’s days or weeks later. ...Don’t waste your time with them. Look at all their reviews on various sites, all the same. Glad I didn’t have to pay anything, but also with all the time wasted I have become homeless and my life is ruined.

At first they make you feel confident that they have your best interest at heart. DO NOT fall into that trap. I was denied the first time and my case went to a hearing. I was accepted on the spot. After months and months of calling to ask questions regarding my case I rarely received a call back. At ...one point I did speak to a rep with questions and was told that she will not be answering my questions because all they do is get my case approved. But , at that point I was still in the dark going forward. I again tried to ask a question and she cut me off and reiterated what she had said prior. Then she hung up the phone on me. That was many months ago. Today I find out that they were awarded $9,000 not the max of $6,000.. For what ? Now I have to go through the process of trying to get back $3000. They don't deserve the a dime. I did all the leg work myself.
