He failed to uphold the matrimonial and family chil custody issues in the case Carges ,jodie Vs.Carges paul Sr. Case number 09050028. I was never informed of court dates ,no follow up after a Stay away order of protection was provided for myself and minor children at the time. I was not protected, ...nor were the 2 dependent male children ! As sworn out! To Date i have received little to know information as i*(JODIE) WAS not able to stay at residence with children. No follow up ,no follow thru,ruined my life with my children. Still waiting on settlement documents or reality of the design given as of three weeks ago. I didn’t want to do this because I like him as a person. However, my husband and I both hired him for separate cases we each had with exes. Both of us were ill-advised. He lied to me about what I was signing, and basically convinced me to sign something I shouldn’t have just so he could be done with ...court. He did the same with my husband. In court, he didn’t represent either of us fairly or justly. The other lawyers were able to out talk him. He didn’t allow me (the child’s mother!) to talk to the law guardian, and my ex was able to so he ended up having a cordial relationship with the LG. He missed court dates and failed to tell us about others. I really like him as a person, so it hurts to write this.
