I didn’t want to do this because I like him as a person. However, my husband and I both hired him for separate cases we each had with exes. Both of us were ill-advised. He lied to me about what I was signing, and basically convinced me to sign something I shouldn’t have just so he could be done with ...court. He did the same with my husband. In court, he didn’t represent either of us fairly or justly. The other lawyers were able to out talk him. He didn’t allow me (the child’s mother!) to talk to the law guardian, and my ex was able to so he ended up having a cordial relationship with the LG. He missed court dates and failed to tell us about others. I really like him as a person, so it hurts to write this.
