Mr. Robbins primary focus is in the area of community association law and serving as general counsel on all Association matters including corporate governance, collections, enforcement of rules and bylaws, legislative updates, modification of association documents, contracts, and developer turnover issues. Mr. Robbins earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Florida Atlantic University in 1998 and earned his Juris Doctor degree from Nova Southeastern University in 2000.
He is a member of the Florida Bar Association (2001), the D.C. Bar Association (2005), the New York Bar (2006), the Massachusetts Bar Association (2006), and the Illinois Bar (2016). He is also a member of the U.S. District Court, Northern District of Florida (2005), the U.S. District Court, Middle District of Florida (2005), the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Florida (2003), and the U.S. Court of Appeals Eleventh Circuit (2006). Additionally, he is in the Broward County Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the Real Estate Law section of the Broward County Bar Association, the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law section of the Florida Bar Association, the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law section of the American Bar Association, the Real Estate, Housing and Land Use section of the District of Columbia Bar Association, and the Real Property Law section of the New York State Bar Association. He is a member of the Florida Land Title Association, and he is a member agent for Attorneys' Title Insurance Fund, Inc. Ever committed to the communities he serves, he is also a member of the Southeast Florida chapter of the Community Association Institute.
Mr. Robbins, holds the distinction of being dual Board Certified by the Florida Bar in the fields of Real Estate Law (2007) and Condominium and Planned Development Law (2018), a title held by less than 30 attorneys state-wide, and thus brings with him an extensive range of knowledge and experience in the field of real estate and community association law.
