Biography
Jonathan J. Morhaim is an experienced trial attorney who focuses his legal practice in the areas of personal injury defense, commercial litigation, products liability, and commercial trucking. Jonathan is an experienced and aggressive attorney that has tried over fifty (50) jury and non-jury trials, and has handled matters in both state and federal court.
Jonathan began his career has an Assistant State Attorney with the Broward State Attorney’s Office. As an Assistant State Attorney, Jonathan gained invaluable courtroom and trial experience.
After leaving the Broward State Attorney’s Office, Jonathan spent several years gaining litigation experience at firms in Miami and Coral Gables, Florida. Jonathan has defended the interests of a number of businesses in litigation, including a Fortune 100 company and an aeronautics corporation. In addition to having handled personal injury, commercial trucking, and premises/products liability cases, he represented major financial institutions and lenders in complex commercial litigation and federal regulatory compliance matters.
Jonathan is a native of South Florida. He received his BA from Florida Gulf Coast University and received his Law Degree from Emory University School of Law.
Jonathan handles legal matters throughout the State of Florida and is also licensed to practice in Illinois.
