The judicial process can be very complicated to understand and the rules of the court can easily place a plaintiff or defendant on the wrong course. She is eloquent and treats everyone including the opposing party with dignity but if you are her client and someone attempts to violate your rights, create a problem where there is no need for one she is going to protect you zealously and no one will come near you. I have complimented Attorney Eva Jacobson by letting her know that she made me feel that my case was the most important matter and that we had a goal and accomplished the mission!! Needless to say plan A worked and there was no need for plan B, had we had to go to plan B she was ready to exam directly and cross examine.
