Mr. Salmonsen was employed to handle guardianship for my sister's children after she died. From the start, Mr. Salmonsen was inefficient and non-responsive. It seemed that he was unable or unwilling to execute even the simplest of tasks. He did not keep me informed of what I needed to do to complete ...the guardianship, and filed for continuances without my knowledge. He never returned my calls, so I called frequently to attempt to get information on my case. I even showed up at his office one day and he told security not to let me up. It got so bad that I filed a complaint with the State Bar against him. I had to HIRE ANOTHER ATTORNEY to help me navigate the system and provide proper paperwork. Because he would not keep me apprised of the progress of my case, the court had the impression that I was non-compliant and REVOKED the guardianship. This caused calls from the Public Guardian's office and an order from the court appointing a Guardian Ad Litem for the children (against me). I was forced to go to court to get the guardianship reinstated (and I had to pay for this privilege as well). Thank goodness that after explaining my position, the attorney for the children actively assisted me in reinstating the guardianship. It is now on record that I was cooperative and compliant and that Mr. Salmonsen was quite the opposite. He made this case into an absolutely horrible and damaging experience when it didn't have to be.

I hired Mr Salmonsen to handle my divorce. He told me my husband offered him money to get me to settle the matter then and there, the amount offered led him to believe we could get what was deserved and so much more since I was abused for several years that being the better part of my marriage. Inste...ad he drug it on to leave me paying him requesting my day in court to receive a brief two yr later several thousand in debt to him which he threatened to drop my case and put liens toward me. To find out he took the deal from my ex to put me through hell ruin my credit and get nothing. I even reported him to the bar to loose the first round since it is a he said she said. Which as part of my NOW I GOT you with my appeal process, the brief from the court shows what i 've stated that he did not do any work on my behalf even my ex lawyer states she could never get in contact with him or a return call, to also never tell me of the court date so I could show and plead my case to sending a law student who had no clue of the case nor file to stand there in front of the judge clueless. After his first unprofessional conduct in his office I decided to record my visits and conversations with Mr Salmonsen which I did not supply the board with, since I had it in a band deposit box and back on the east coast which I could retrieve in the time given to me by the board. Which this actually ended up working in my favor, I can now use it in my appeal process with the board I can prove my initial claim against him with EVIDENCE. after contacting my current lawyer which had to be not local since no lawyers wanted to go against him I was pleased to find a lawyer who was more then willing to take my case due to the ethical, immoral, disgrace this lawyer brings to the profession I look forward to seeing him go down and pay for what he has done (and if I decide to press criminal charges and he know why there are possible criminal charges and it on me to decide if I press them or not) I have been trying to fix what he ruined and get what I was entitled to since 2010 when he signed the divorce papers after stretching it out for 2 yrs. I hope that it was worth the amount of money he received from the ex, since the ex will most likely testify to the misconduct and the deal since the ex is facing criminal charges as well thanks to the IRS and there new program launched in 2013 for Identity theft and fraud. Knowing my ex and the fact that he has a new family he will save himself. Eugene it only 6yrs to be able to bring you down and make you pay for what you did to me. Shame on you and shame for bringing this kind of attention to your law firm family and friends but it is time that you are kept from possibly doing this to another weather or not i was the first I know because of me this will be your last. I BELIEVE IN KARMA it didn't come fast but the fact is the it did at least come. THANK YOU GOD and THANK YOU KARMA and my new lawyer who I will review after this.

I have known attorney Eugene Salmonsen for about 12 years now. He is the best attorney I know. He is exceedingly well spoken in court and presents points and arguments that are very hard to combat with. He is a hard-hitting, sock it to em, southern style attorney. He has won very difficult cases tha...t seem to need miracles to win. His presentation of cases in the courtroom are remarkable. He has a marvelous way with words and creates the best declarations ever.
