Erin M. Zettle

Ms. Zettle has represented me in family court as well as in financial legal issues. She was never less than completely professional. Her communication has always been exceptional. She clearly explained her strategies and the reasons for them, returned calls/emails very quickly, and made us feel like ...we were her only clients every step of the way. She was both professional and caring as we were dealing with very difficult situations. Compared to the other attorneys I have worked with over the years she has been far and away the best. I was a client of this attorney in a divorce matter. She was terrible at asking questions at trial and getting the information out she needed to defend me. She asked me to provide extensive details on child support and my ex-spouse's behavior towards me. She asked me not a single question concerni...ng my ex-spouse's behavior, where the children lived and when, etc. She did not submit evidence concerning child support and my ex-husband's behavior towards me. The ex-spouse received child support for a year for children who lived with me. She was upset with me when I called the police when my ex-spouse assaulted me. She said I shouldn't have done that. There are many other things that I could list here, but that would identify who I am.

Ms. Zettle acted professionally, even when the other party acted like an idiot in court. She kept her cool, and represented me very well. She explained everything I needed to know, and was gentle when trying to tell me I was wrong. She even wrote a letter to me with all the instructions she gave m...e in person.

Ms. Zettle was my representation on my custody case. She was always prepared and very professional. My case had many intricacies and challenges, including a judge who thought he didn't have to follow the rules (took 2 trips to the appeals court, we won both times) my x-wife's constant changing lawy...ers who liked to lie in their motions, and my changes in employment status.
