Erin Robson Kristofco

Erin was absolutely fantastic. Before agreeing to anything, she guided us through what would happen and gave us what she thought would be the timetable of events. She waded through all the paperwork we had generated, and asked questions about meetings, phone calls and the timeline we had kept. She... talked to people on both sides, prepared us extremely well for our depositions, and was there when we had questions or needed to be reminded to persevere. She had the experience to accurately predict their moves, and told us how to react. She was fantastic, and I would recommend her to anyone having trouble with an insurance claim.
