During the close, Mrs. Birmingham actually noticed a small but impactful change on the final purchase and sale - she was able to work with the sellers' attorney quickly and efficiently address the issue - she really saved us a big headache! She puts care into her work and puts the people she works with first - we were more than just "clients" to her! I couldn't recommend Mrs. Birmingham more highly. She's fantastic!
