As the National Operations Manager at a non-profit I had the pleasure of working with Erin as we relocated two of our offices from Waltham to the Downtown Crossing area of Boston. My wife and I worked with Mrs. Birmingham on the purchase of our first home. As first-time home buyers, we were a bit intimated. Mrs. Birmingham took the time to help us really understand the process prior to our closing. We had a lot of questions, and she addressed each with very thoroughly - s...he has a real knack for making complicated legal language easy for us to understand! During the close, Mrs. Birmingham actually noticed a small but impactful change on the final purchase and sale - she was able to work with the sellers' attorney quickly and efficiently address the issue - she really saved us a big headache! She puts care into her work and puts the people she works with first - we were more than just "clients" to her! I couldn't recommend Mrs. Birmingham more highly. She's fantastic!

Erin represented me in my divorce process that was pretty complicated by my ex-husband living in another state and not being very responsive. She was super thorough and explained everything very clearly and was absolutely "by the book" when it came to documenting everything to show the efforts we had... made to contact him. She wrote up a great separation agreement that covered things I wouldn't have even thought to include, which made me feel very legally protected. It brought me great peace of mind. I know she has experience in many types of law and I would not hesitate to hire her again.
