Erika Jurado-Graham attended Washburn University School of Law in Topeka, Kansas, where she obtained a Juris-Doctorate Degree. While in Law School, Erika was the president of the Hispanic American Law Student Association, and two-term secretary of the Federalist Society for Law and Public Policy. Following her graduation, she established her own practice at the heart of the immigrant community in Kansas City. Erika also holds a law degree from Universidad Alfonso Reyes in Monterrey, Mexico where she graduated top of her class. She is licensed in Kansas, Missouri, Texas and Mexico.
Erika is a frequent guest at local radio and television shows where she discusses topics that affect the immigrant community. Recently, the producers of “Aqui y Ahora,” a Univision national TV show, traveled to Kansas City to interview Erika for the documentary “Deportation, Inc.” Erika also has weekly radio and social media shows where she talks about current immigration law topics and provides the audience with general information.
Erika Jurado-Graham is currently one of the top three social media immigration personalities in the United States with more than 1 million followers on her Facebook page. In addition, her Youtube channel receives thousands of visits on a weekly basis and her immigration videos have 10 million views. Her YouTube channel now has more than 580,000 subscribers and it's one of the fastest growing immigration channels. Erika is considered a social media Hispanic Influencer and her immigration Facebook and YouTube portals are one of the top three immigration pages nationwide.

Replied last November 11, 2014Many thanks for taking the time to give us your feedback! I believe that establishing expectations from the very beginning is very important. It should be made very clear that while we have the experience and the knowledge to process your case, the government is the one with the last word. Many times the government's decision does not make sense despite our best efforts.It is important that the clients are aware of how unpredictable certain cases can be so that they do not have false expectations of what our job is. I also want to thank you for your patience while we were training our new staff. My two main paralegals resigned within days of each other for unrelated reasons and my office was left trying to replace them while trying not to allow the work to get behind. It got very frustrating but we emerged stronger and with even more capable and dependable people to work with. We now have another attorney and paralegals with excellent backgrounds to help our clients. I am happy that you found communicating with me easy, I do answer all of my emails personally, even the ones from my facebook followers that are now over 80,000. In fact, I have learned through the years that this particular issue should be explained to potential clients during the consultation so that they understand from the very beginning how complex certain cases can be. Nevertheless, we appreciate when our clients do realize how complex these processes can be and are willing to put their best efforts to allow us to help them.
