Growing up, I always hated to see people being pushed around by the government and I still see the failings of the criminal justice system. Now I can do something about it. I can use my experience and dedication to help you throught the most difficult time in your life. I won't kid you like some lawyers. I will tell you the truth even if it means I don't get your business. 

I am an experienced trial attorney who has worked in many courts throughout central and northern California. I can take your cases in Sacramento, El Dorado, Yolo, Yuba, and Sutter Counties. I will look for ways to win your case to get you out from under the thumb of the government.

I've worked for many years as a criminal defense attorney handling major crimes including murder, assault, rape, drug sales, transportation, possession, and manufacturing, DUIs, vehicular manslaughter, domestic violence, white collar crime, and parole and probation violation cases.

I have done a lot of research into Second Amendment jurisprudence specifically and even had a felony weapon possession statute declared unconstitutional by a trial judge. Trials, suppression motions, negotiations, I've handled hundreds or thousands of major criminal cases (too many to count) achiving great results for my clients either at jury trial, motions, or negotiations.

But a lawyer is more than a fighter. He has to explain the law to his clients in a way that is respectful, but gives the client the information he or she needs to make the hard decisions that are in front of him or her.
