Erica Clute-Cubbin represented my son in a violation of probation hearing. During the process, Erica was always available to answer any questions we had and treated my son and I with respect. Having my breathalyzer removed from my vehicle finally after 2 and a half years and a with the expert advice and determination of Erica Clute -Cubbin and her law offices of Goldin and Associates (P.L.L.C). AS SHE TOOK US TO AN APPEAL OF A VERY IMPORTANT DECISION BY the ATTORNEY GENERAL to NOT let... me remove my Breathalyzer because of a bad read that I reblew and got all zeros before and after but there was a glitch and the ATTORNEY GENERAL said NO! He stated I needed to follow the state mandates and go "NOT TO WORK" and go to a POLICE STATION and blow. Which I hadn't. She DUG IN! and this point and found that I didnt need to do that aon a "ROLLING TEST" which it was. But ony on an initial start up. Mandates stated I wait 1 year from hearing. We were back within weeks for a redo and I am now Free from that whole system. Free to decide by my self to be SOBER. Which I will proudly do.
