No, unfortunately, you cannot get a charge for which you were found guilty expunged off of your record.

You can file a lawsuit in small claims court to be reimbursed for the damage expenses and part of the remaining rental amount.
I use Xanax (Alprazolam) as needed and have the prescription. Will the Drug testing lab reports this to the employer?
