How do I go about getting a child molestation charge dropped after you have served 3/4 of your sentence time?

As Attorney Goldberg stated, if a person has served 3/4 of their time, they were likely already convicted. As such, the charges would not be dropped.

No, you have to be served with a summons. HOWEVER, you can be served via tack and mail, meaning that it can be left on your door / in your mailbox.
