Elizabeth helped me a lot!

I hired Attorney Smith on Dec. 9th, 2014. It took a year and 9 months to get my court case but she kept me informed when I asked questions. Once the court date was issued she helped me with the process, explained everything to me in detail. It was nerve wracking but she kept me calm. With my wonderfu...l Dr. Notes, letters and her input I was approved. Its a sad thing to do but having someone who was on your side and believed in you made it smoother and less stressful.

Extremely competent in Social security disability matters

When I developed diabetes I started to get ulcers in my foot. I work as a nurse which made it impossible to stand on my feet. After getting several serious infections I applied for Social Security disability benefits. In my Internet search Wanted to find a attorney who specializes in this area. W...ith Elizabeth Smith I found an exceptional lawyer who went above and beyond in regards to my case. Although the process was involved She guided me along the way about proper documentation required. She prepared me to answer questions during my hearing. She made me feel at ease and comfortable with her personable approach. Finally when we went to court she was confident, and this made me believe that I would receive benefits. After more than a year from the time I developed these complications I was awarded Social Security disability benefits. Without Miss Smith an outstanding professional attorney I would not of been successful . She is exceptional and would recommend her to anyone

Purely Professional

I hired Ms. Smith to help me with my social security disability case. She compiled all of the information required and assisted me with what to expect in my hearing. She was always professional and compassionate. She helped to alleviate my fears. I would definitely recommend her services.

Excellent disability Attorney

As an attorney myself I needed to find the absolute best to appeal my disability rejection - I was referred to the best. Elizabeth quickly got everything in order and got my case re-submitted for a hearing. After that being successful she guided me on getting me the much needed back payments.
