The one to call!

Elizabeth is professional, knowledgeable and also real about the facts of what's what. I've learned a lot about how Social Security Disability works and how it can impact you as you're already struggling with a debilitating condition. She was with me every step of the way. She didn't paint any pictur...es of unrealistic expectations. Direct. Up front. To the point. If you need representation from someone who tells it like it is and wants to actually try to help you, do yourself a favor and call Elizabeth. It's your doctor's documentation that you need to be concerned about. Double check it and review it before you get to a hearing. Elizabeth is great and I would consult with her again if need be. I highly recommend contacting her.

Completely Satisfied: Calming, Realistic, Thorough, Salt of the Earth

We won! Had we lost, I'd still be writing this same review. 1st of all, Liz was up front, direct, and forthright throughout the entire time she was representing me. Even though we had a strong case she never once gave me false hopes. More importantly, she never used anything like this BEFORE i h...ired her as a sales tactic. I know many lawyers come across as shady, tell you what you want to hear sorts just so you hire them You wont get this from Liz, she gives attorneys a good name. She was quick, clear, and easily understood in all of our communications and any advice she had for me was well reasoned and accurate. I was never involved in such a legal matter and let's face it, trying to get disability payments and dealing with the federal government is not a job for novices. Liz helped to keep things focused and anxiety low. Yes, we won. I would rehire Liz easily and confidently in that her skills, ethics, and personality would represent me at a level difficult to find in others. THANKS LIZ!!

Great Lawyer

Me. Smith has been an excellent lawyer to work with. I have had her from my divorce to support hearings and disability hearing. She is very good at walking you through every step and what to except.

Elizabeth Smith Review

Elizabeth did a fantastic job representing me in my divorce case. I had some unusual requests which she respected and represented very thoughtfully. She was always very calm and professional when things got tough and frustrating. I cannot imagine going through something this difficult without the car...ing guidance of someone as wonderful as Elizabeth.

Knows Her Stuff

Elizabeth is very Knowledgeable, experienced and Kind. She thoroughly knows social security and disability law and has helped many people. She is an experienced master in Divorce law and is balanced and fair.
