Elizabeth Rose Hardman – eloquent writer, lifesaver, hero, and knowledgeable. Writing this review is extremely difficult for me. It’s hard for me to express what Elizabeth, Ryan and the team of Kalamaya | Goscha mean to me. They’re family. Take a Netflix series style end of marriage story filled with... an unstable Plaintiff, unstable OC, and you have the making of one of the biggest messes of a divorce in the history of Colorado. I can say the empathetic, emotional intelligent, and firm approach with an inept OC that Elizabeth provided quite literally saved me. The process of divorce is overwhelming in general. Consider how broken our judicial system is and it’s almost impossible to navigate as a layman. Elizabeth was superb at walking me through the lack of accountability the system has in place for ATI infractions, lack of communication, reckless spending by the plaintiff, baseless accusations, etc. Elizabeth balances the tightrope of “mess around/find out” with her empathy, professionalism, and eloquent writing skills. Her skillset is one that businesses pay an exorbitant amount of money to find in an employee. I will never go through a divorce process again, but I can tell you anyone that I know who might go through this will have for recommendation. I was referred to the Kalamaya / Goscha law firm for a family legal matter. I called around 7pm, and the phone was answered immediately by the office staff. Brooke took my information, gave me a good idea of when someone would be able to get in touch with me and said she would take care of making sur...e everything would be addressed. She professional, polite and empathetic towards me. You could tell she knew her role thoroughly. I was called by Elizabeth Hardman, who discussed my situation with me. She gathered all the information about what had happened, and reviewed what I had told her in order to make sure what she had gathered was accurate. She took the time to explain all the possibilities of what could happen and how I should handle each of them depending on what transpired. She gave me contact info to reach out to her for assistance should I need it. I was in a situation I had never even thought about, had no idea what to do, and was very unsure of the future. She explained everything to me, allayed my fears and prepared me should anything happen. I cannot express my gratitude for the way Ms. Hardman worked with me.
