I am an honorable discharged veteran of the US Army. After over 15 years of service the BRAC Commission (Congress) decided to downsize its Military Intelligence MOS. I happen to be one of the unlucky ones who received a severance check for my 15 plus years of service. This happened in July 1992. ...I was awarded a 10 percent disability rating upon discharge. Since 2012 I have been attempting to receive disability from the VA for injuries sustained while on active duty. In short, I was making no progress trying to negotiate through the red tape bureaucracy. Ted agreed to represent me in 2022. One of smartest decisions I ever made. He instantly relieved me of all the stress communicating with and providing the correct steps handling the VA requirements. His expertise and knowledge are beyond reproach. His tireless work effort and demand for veterans to be rightfully treated resulted with the VA agreeing with steadily increasing my disability rating from 10 percent to 50 percent within the approximately 16 months he represented me. As I am still under doctors' constant care and screening, Ted continues to check on me from time to time just to ensure everything is going okay. Without a doubt, he has been a Godsend.
