Edwin Beryl Howard

I am an honorable discharged veteran of the US Army. After over 15 years of service the BRAC Commission (Congress) decided to downsize its Military Intelligence MOS. I happen to be one of the unlucky ones who received a severance check for my 15 plus years of service. This happened in July 1992. ...I was awarded a 10 percent disability rating upon discharge. Since 2012 I have been attempting to receive disability from the VA for injuries sustained while on active duty. In short, I was making no progress trying to negotiate through the red tape bureaucracy. Ted agreed to represent me in 2022. One of smartest decisions I ever made.
