Misfiled paperwork
Attorney did not file proper papers an case was dismissed. Johnson insisted he was working on case and just needed more time. Another attorney informed us case was dismissed and we had to sue Johnson to get retainer back.

Beware!
I retained this joker and he failed to show up to court on two separate occasions. He claimed he didn't have the dates written down in his planner.
