Made an unpleasant experience more so.
While Ms Sarver completed the task, her manor was impatient, chilly, almost codescending. I felt as if I was imposing on her, rather than hiring her. This is not what you want in a situation that already has a certain amount of humiliation associated with it.

Swift, discreet and straight to the point!
