I am attorney Robert E. Bardwell, Jr. I have worked in the area of debtor/creditor rights since 1974 in various capacities, including serving as an outside collection representative for a large department store chain, which involved going door to door throughout central Ohio collecting delinquent consumer debts, and working as a credit/collection manager for a commercial division of a major financial institution.
I became licensed to practice law in 1988 and dedicated my practice to serving individuals, families and businesses in bankruptcy matters throughout central and southern Ohio. I am a member of the Ohio State and Columbus Bar Associations. I have also lectured throughout Ohio on mortgage foreclosures and co-authored a publication entitled "Ohio Mortgage Foreclosures" for Professional Education Systems, Inc.
