Incredibly Helpful Lawyer

I had unfortunately been dealing with a case of medical malpractice and was being strung along by the malpractice insurance company. I spoke with Dwight only a couple days before I was going to be blocked from recovery due to the statute of limitations that were about to expire. The insurance company... was stalling to pay me and with Dwight's help I was able to quickly get the insurance company to respond and give me the full settlement. I highly recommend working with Dwight. He is incredibly helpful, communicates well and gives great legal counsel.

Contractor with dispute with client

I live North of Sacramento, but found Dwight Kealy when I searched the internet for an attorney who understood contracts, contractors, and insurance. He promptly returned my phone calls and emails, treated me professionally, and answered my every question. I emailed him all of the contracts and ...invoices involved in the dispute. He then reviewed everything, explained the situation, and helped me know how to move forward. Paying him was very easy, I could do it online using my credit card. I would definitely recommend Dwight to people needing help with contract or insurance dispute.

Great Guidance on Insurance and Company Formation to Limit my Liabilities

Dwight helped me with questions I had regarding how to limit liabilities as I start and grow my business. He responded quickly and professionally and guided me through the various options from forming an LLC, to forming a Corporation, to using a DBA. With all of the entities he also provided a thor...ough discussion on how to use Commercial General Liability Insurance to help transfer risk from me to the insurance company.
