I was very disappointed with my experience. My lawyer was largely unresponsive and did not communicate clearly throughout my case. When we went to court, there was no deal presented, and it did not appear that any negotiation was requested with the prosecutor. Despite having approximately three mont...hs to prepare, he arrived at court unprepared and asked to push the court date back in order to collect evidence that should have already been gathered. This caused unnecessary stress and delays. Additionally, the fee charged was very high considering the lack of preparation, communication, and results. Overall, I did not feel adequately represented or that the cost reflected the work performed. I would not recommend his services.

Mr. Parham couldn't make up his mind if he had or had not sent a certified demand letter on my behalf. One day he said he had the USPS tracking number, while the next day he claimed he hadn't sent it, and the next day he claimed he would send it that day. He changed his story every day. After I paid ...the retainer via LawPay, he sent a copy and paste GoDaddy link with a catering email address attached to it and told me I was refunded and that I must pay again. He refused to send proof that he sent the letter and he refused to inform me if there was a response. My inquiries made him angry and he made 7 or 8 threats, stating that he would file, and had already filed, civil and criminal complaints against me. Then he forwarded an email to me claiming that he emailed the letter to two parties. The email addresses he used were ficticious and not what he was provided. The entire time, he repeatedly said I was a problematic client and told me how many laws I was breaking. He's licensed in one state and lives in another. His letterhead uses the address in the state where he lives and there are no disclosures. He claims he fulfilled the obligations of the agreement, but it clearly states delivery, and so do nine texts. I have requested my case file six times and he said he will not give me anything.
