United States: Uncertainty in the Eighth Circuit - Is there a Constitutional Right to Cite Unpublished Opinions?" published in the Arkansas Law Review, Vol. 739, 2002.
Prior to Joining Cover, Evans, and Fricke, LLP, Drew was a partner at a well-established central Illinois law firm. His past honors include being named an Emerging Lawyer by the Leading Lawyers Network and a Top 100 Lawyer by the National Advocates. Drew is a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, and former chair of the Mclean County Bar Association Family Law Division.
Drew Quitschau is admitted to the Illinois Bar, Texas Bar and the United States District Court for the Central District of Illinois. He completed the American Bar Association Family Law Trial Advocacy Institute and is a Northwestern University trained mediator. Drew has presented at various professional seminars for the Illinois State Bar Association, Lorman, and the National Business Institute. He is also certified to act as a guardian ad litem, mediator, and arbitrator

After two attny's left the firm and my case, they assigned Drew to my divorce. What took over 1 yr for the other two attnys to do, Drew ended up wrapping up in about 4 mos. Even though my kids were grown it was still a very messy divorce. He took care of all of the extras that I knew nothing about......
