Doug is very professional when you are sitting in front of him. He talks a good talk, but when you walk out the door that's where it ends. Don't ever expect him to return your phone call. He is next to impossible to get ahold of. Dropped the ball constantly. Rarely did what he said he would do. Regul...arly rescheduled appointments at the last moment which was very frustrating since scheduling a face to face appointment was the only way to talk to him. He bills heavily and doesn't care about you or your case only payment of your bill. There are much better lawyers out there. I would avoid Doug at all costs.
