About four months ago, I received correspondence that reflected that my primary mortgage loan was reduced by 46%. This made it possible for me to avoid foreclosure on my property as well as enabling me to afford my mortgage and more importantly stay in my home. The line of credit (2nd mortgage) was also reduced slightly (19%). All in told, I am very satisfied with the legal work that Ms. Nanan and your organization performed.
