Diane Leslie Nickelberg

Diane came recommended by my realtor and was a huge help in selling my late mother's co-op in Forest Hills. I live in upstate New York and wasn't able to meet in person until the closing, but Diane and her assistant were very communicative via email and phone and constantly kept me updated on all the... going-ons of the sales process. I highly recommend working with Diane based on her understanding and assistance through my not-so-cut-and-dry sale.

Ms. Nickelberg is careless and cavalier. She did a terrible job handling our case. She does not do her due diligence in looking up all details and potential problems with the property at hand. She acts like you are bothering her if you try to email or call her. She acts as if you are outrageous i...n asking for credits. She does not fight for her clients, and lets the other side take advantage. Her office is disorganized and doesn't know how to organize their paperwork. Overall she is a terrible real estate lawyer.
