Although I am from Connecticut, I have a disabled son in a group home on Cape Cod. He was placed in an excellent day program, but due to glitches in the Mass Health computer program his placement was jeopardized when Mass Health rejected requests for payment by the provider. It was a nightmare of in...decipherable codes, multiple submissions of bills, and uncooperative bureaucrats. Attorney Scott handled the matter over the course of several months by relentlessly calling the parties involved, contacting supervisors, and using his tremendous expertise in the field to get the matter straightened out. Dennis is excellent about keeping me informed of what is going on with Masshealth and MHA. He referred me to MHA on a couple of issues and I was able to get them resolved. One issue, a provider number mix up with Medicare resulted in over three million dollars worth of claims not paying. We ended up ...getting this resolved and getting paid. Dennis checked in with me often to make sure this was getting resolved. He always goes above and beyond. He is again all of the above. He also has a great staff.
