My general legal practice is focused primarily on persuading government agencies, judges, and service providers to grant benefits and services that are customarily denied. I have represented clients in administrative proceedings before government agencies such as the Department of Labor, the Department of Justice and the Department of Homeland Security. Over the past twelve years, I have served the national bar in leadership roles in AILA (American Immigration Lawyers Association) and more recently as a Special Master. As a 12 year member of the New Mexico Bar, I have given presentations at the University of New Mexico, to other attorneys and businesses. In 2017, I was admitted to the State Bar of New York and look forward to serving clients in New York state in the coming years.
