Deborah Anne Gartzke

I am hesitant to leave a review because i do not think my words can express the genuine gratitude our family holds for Deborah. Our initial meeting with Deborah was during legal proceedings to decide custody of my nephew. He was placed in our home at 13 months old after signs of domestic violence i...n his home. Deborah became his advocate and voice. She was compassionate and very patient with the complexity of our case. This was no ordinary case by any stretch. The opposing parties constantly harassed everyone involved including Ms Gartzke and there were many drawn out hearings and court dates. Deborah was quick to respond to our last minute calls and always had the child's best interest in mind. Keeping the child safe and us informed was at her forefront. This case set a new precedent involving non-parental custody cases. This specific custody case has seen its way to The Supreme Court of Appeals several times and Supreme Court once. Thanks to the diligent work and information gathered all attempts to hinder the process failed. Deborah's work and involvement in our case changed our life and for that we will be forever grateful. The child (our son) has grown into a fine young man and we are very proud to have been part of the process that led us down this path.
