Can't wait for AI to replace these Delaware Horrible lawyers like Bill Rhodunda. He was very deceitful , Call him about an appeal case that was already on the count down to filing , Explained the situation. He assured me not to worry, he would handle both case the appeal and a malpractice..... He had me send some of the paperwork early, schedule at late appointment at 4:30 pm . My brother who was paying for this lawyer call the $3,000.00 payment in, but did not come. I get to his office were he talks about case . trying to talk me out of it . Like I said an appeal needed to be file. He stated that day he will be filing the paperwork for the appeal but cannot take the malpractice because he claimed he never did a malpractice case, but on the phone he said he can handle both cases, at that point we stop looking for lawyer because he can do both things. ok I can take care of one thing at a time just file for the appeal we only have2 day I left. He agreed. This man wait until the last minute to inform us he will not be able to file the appeal or take the appeal case. Leaving us to scramble to get the appeal file last minute from another states. Not willing to return money he did not earn. He was a waste of money and time from looking for the right attorney. We paid that good faith money for a legal service not a therapy session. Why would you do that unspeakable sleazy thing. Are you so desperate for money that you deceit people you know that are going through an existing problem and you further cause more problems in their lives. You did not earn that money. It will come back to you double. I do not understand what is wrong in Delaware COURTS AND LAWYERS. WARNING They want your money but don't want to work. BE VERY CAREFUL DO NOT USE THAT LAW FIRM.

Mr. Rhodunda jr. has been my go to guy on everything from the mistakes I made in my childhood to the tragedies I have suffered as an adult. There was a time I had money on retainer with him and a family member was in need of representation. I spoke to Mr. Rhodunda Jr. about how if the family member ...needed anything (representation) to just go ahead and give it to her. I wasn't clear about how I meant for if she needed anything for her own representation he should give it to her. The family member not only used it on herself ,but also on others. When I asked Rhodunda Jr. what was left on retainer and he was explaining where the money had gone I told him about the misunderstanding. Even though I told him I thought I was to blame for not making it clear he still repaid all of the money used in ways I didn't intend it to be used. He didn't have to do that. I think he did it because he felt that's what was the rite thing to do at the time. When I lost loved ones he offered his condolences. Through all of the more personal credit I've given him I have forgotten to mention the years of my life he has saved me from losing because of his knowledge and ability. As long as he is in practice I will be his client. I could write pages of good things but I think I've made my point. He is a great lawyer and an amazing man who will always have my respect.
