She starts off amazing yet she lacks compassion for her clients and if you ask questions or get stressed about your case she gets upset with you, going into this can be stressful for a client. She does not reply to e mails or calls, if you say something she blames it on being short staffed or oth...ers then treats you as if you complained and is cold. we went weeks without updates or e mails, not for lack of trying we left voice mails and sent e mails when we got upset she treated us worse. she forgets your paying her! Then when she left the case for another position, she never even told her clients out of respect she just handed off months of work without as much as a note or a goodbye . She lacks professional training and needs to learn compassion, and caring.
