David M Quantz

Attorney Mr Quantz was on my company’s lawyer list for discount and as preferred lawyer. So Mr Quantz agreed to the discounted rates per the company referral agreement. Mr Quantz, asked me for $2,500.00 for a privet I named "Steven Brown" to investigate my ex. Mr Quantz stated that "Steven Brown"... was his preferred privet I. The privet I's business name is ACME(what a name!). So Mr Quantz directed me to give the privet I $2,500.00. So I gave $2,500.00 to Attorney Mr Quantz and $2,500.00 to Mr Quantz to give to his privet I. In all Mr Quantz did not provide any service to me what so ever. Mr Quantz told me that $2,500.00 is not enough and needed more money for him to file something with the court in response to a judgment. Meanwhile the court, Commissioner Ward, filed a judgment against me ordering me to pay my ex $10,000.00 which was derived through fraudulent filings from my ex’s attorney. The Judgment of $10,000.00 was filed by Commissioner Ward. Commissioner Ward at the time was working as a judge at Pima County Superior Court – Family Court Div under the presiding judge Nannette Warner. My case was in and under the jurisdiction of Appellate Court Div 2 at the time and not under the jurisdiction of Superior Court Family Court Div. Commissioner Ward basically filed a judgment against me when she had no jurisdiction over my case. Mr Quantz told me that I needed to give him more money to file a objection citing the lack of jurisdiction. I dismissed him and reported him to my employer. I never recovered the $2,500.00 that Mr Quantz apparently gave to the privet I who never provided any investigative results or facts. I don’t even know if this privet I was even real…. As of today my company has notified me that Mr Quantz was not on the company preferred lawyer list. Mr Quantz also believes that Father are not capable of parenting. I guess this is what you get with older attorneys who have old morality and ancient upbringing. So Fathers do not single fathers do not hire this guy. He will not defend you and he will not protect your children or your rights that the law affords you. These are all my observation and are not to be misconstrued.

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards

  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
