The Florida Bar's [minor] discipline order was for possession of a small drug on my person; however, it was/is was not known how it placed on my person.  As an ethical attorney but a real figher for clients, I turned myself into The Florida Bar and The Florida Bar issued what I understand to be one of the slightest suspension of a mere 30-days, and now well-over three (3) years has elapsed since The Florida Bar disciplinary action and approximately five (5) years since the actual incident. 

On a personal note: It is important to address that I am NOT a drug user, nor ever had been in life and practice. 

Again, the actual incident is a good distance in the past.  It had no impact on my client base and procuring new clients based on my excellent reputation and legal work. 

I implore you to disregard this brief punishment entirely and what I believe to be one of the least disciplinary actions [from The Florida Bar] and permit DKP law firm to accomplish positive and strong  results in your case.
