This lawyer was disciplined by a state licensing authority.
This means an attorney lost his or her license to practice law for a period of time. The attorney typically returns to practicing law when the suspension expires.
David’s comment: “PLEASE SEE THE ABOVE PROFILE RELATED TO THE SUSPENSION.”

David is very knowledgeable , punctual and meticulous . I hired him for ALL my real estate needs , personally and for my company . I have referred David dozens of clients for real estate , divorces and personal needs, as well as consulting jobs. His knowledge of law and the ability to set his strategy in motion and to see it come to fruition is the reason we have hired him over and over again.

I disagree with the person below. I had a excellent experience with a complex litigation case that required detail, attention, and constant research of a particular matter. I would have to say the below person must have been either expecting sometime unreasonable efforts, or is a difficult person--because he/she does not say what type of case or how it ended, or more. Leaving aside the personal attacks on Mr. Philips, he is very strong.

David was baffled early on in my complex case and his work product consistently was riddled with typos, spelling errors, and poorly worded arguments. I wish he would have referred me to someone who had more experience and I wish David would have been more honest with me about his own abilities.
