David Lewis has decades of experience handling appeals -- and that experience made a huge difference in navigating the appeals process and creating our Appeal Brief. David is attentive to detail a...nd knows how to structure arguments contained in the Brief -- which many lawyers cannot do persuasively. David also applied our suggestions in his work for us, since no lawyer knows the details of your case better than yourself. An appeal occurs because the original result was botched by the trial court. Understanding how and why the trial court botched the original judgment is key to overturning that result via the appeals court.
