David's letter did the trick!

I ordered a couch and the delivery crew damaged the hallway and stairwell in their attempt to get it up the stairs. After numerous unreturned phone calls over the course of many months to seek compensation for the damage, I asked David to help me get the attention of the delivery company's president.... He wrote up a clear and concise letter, tracked down the correct address for the owner, and sent it via certified mail. It did the trick! The owner contacted his insurance company, and the agent worked with David to process the claim so that I could be reimbursed for the damages. I was grateful for the help and also to never have to deal with that company again, thanks to David!

Divorse Appeal and Malpractice Advice

I hired David Lewis to represent me for my divorce appeal and malpractice advice with a prior attorney. David was very professional, punctual and helpful in explaining the process. We still have more work to do but I am very confident David Lewis.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
