David Scott Heier

I had to hire David due to a conflict of interest with my own attorney. He helped me win my case with his excellent negotiating skills, assertiveness and years of experience in family law. He knew my best interests, what my desired outcome was, and what my strong and weak points were as far as argume...nts. He put it all together and we came out on top and the other party settled in our favor. As far as the previous review on David - why would you expect him to continue to work for you when you stopped paying your bill? Would you go to work if you knew you weren't going to get paid? Meet your obligation and maybe someone will put forth an honest effort for you. You also stated he didn't have much to go on. Why are you going to court without any factual ammunition? Your review sounds ridiculous. David's retainer is reasonable if you're serious about winning your case. You get what you pay for in my opinion. He did a great job for me is all I can say and I will hire him again in a second if I need to.

Mr. Heier is so impressive that when he took my daughters case I was no longer concern that justice would be served. He truly knows the law and can handle himself very, very well in the court room. My daughter could not have had a better attorney representing her, he always looked for fairness... for both parties and always consider the childs best interest. My daughter went through 3 attorney's before hiring Mr. Heier and due to their lack of experience this case has cost her a pretty penny, so 2 years later we found the RIGHT man to represent her. It has been 1 1/2 year now that he has worked for her and he has truly been God sent. His retainer was very generous, and any subsequent fees were minimal. I was able to achieve the best results for my daughter with less of a financial burden than anticipated.
