I paid him a $5,500 retainer. After approximately 4 months he had not even had my now ex-wife served. He didn’t answer phone calls or respond back to voice mails or emails. He never sent me any itemized bills. He has still not given any of my $5,500 back. I am now in the process of going through th...e legal process of trying to get my money back. I would advise to stay away from this lawyer!

David was excellent in dealing with my case. He is very straight forward and to the point where most attorneys I feel would go on a tangent. He made sure we stayed on point and focused. As a result we were able to win our case and granted what we wanted. He was very professional both inside and outsi...de of the court room. Always being able to take phone calls and emails and always being able to be there when I needed him. I would definitely recommend him to everyone who asked about attorneys. I would absolutely rehire him if I could for another case.

I had to hire David due to a conflict of interest with my own attorney. He helped me win my case with his excellent negotiating skills, assertiveness and years of experience in family law. He knew my best interests, what my desired outcome was, and what my strong and weak points were as far as argume...nts. He put it all together and we came out on top and the other party settled in our favor. As far as the previous review on David - why would you expect him to continue to work for you when you stopped paying your bill? Would you go to work if you knew you weren't going to get paid? Meet your obligation and maybe someone will put forth an honest effort for you. You also stated he didn't have much to go on. Why are you going to court without any factual ammunition? Your review sounds ridiculous. David's retainer is reasonable if you're serious about winning your case. You get what you pay for in my opinion. He did a great job for me is all I can say and I will hire him again in a second if I need to.
