Nasty Man - difficult to deal with
Frazer charges $400+ per hour and does not explain your legal options nor answer too many of your questions. He's an "insider" of the landlord/tenant legal industry in NYC. Therefore, he will not take on judges who step outside the law which damages your case. He's not a fighter for your case and ...
