The worst experience I have ever had with an attorney

Mr. Carr is a bully and is an attorney I would STRONGLY suggest anyone stay away from. He is only interested in billing and is extremely rude. Mr. Carr hung up on me on several occasions and abandoned me at the end of our litigation after demanding more money. Any Attorney who used Attorney Carr shou...ld be very wary and realize he does not have your best interest at heart. I would strongly suggest that you stay far away from this man. He has a horrible reputation and deserves every bit of it.

"I endorse this lawyer. David is an excellent lawyer. I met him years ago when I needed help handling a professional responsibility matter. David is a true professional, has a great command of California's Rules of Professional Responsibility, and works hard for his clients. Should anyone need help with ethics/professional responsibiity matters, I would urge the person to call David."

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
