I am the President of a Taum Sauk Investments, LLC, a financial services company. I found The Law Offices of Daniel A. Singer PLLC from a posting I saw online. At the time, I was looking for an attorney to represent the company in a dispute we were having with our landlord regarding our commercial o...ffice space in Manhattan. I have to admit that I was reluctant to contact Dan at first as, in the past, I had always retained attorneys through my network of "white shoe" law firms. As soon as I met with Dan, however, I knew I had made the right decision to contact him. He immediately understood the problem and came up with a creative strategy of addressing it. At one point in the process, it became necessary to go to court to stop the landlord from raiding our security deposit. Even though Dan was only given the go ahead on the day of the deadline, he dropped everything and successfully obtained a temporary injunction in court despite being opposed by the large law firm that had been retained by the landlord. In the end, Dan got exactly the result we had been looking for. Dan is knowledgeable, fast, and tenacious. I have since used him in other legal matters relating to the business as well as me personally. I truly feel that with Dan I am getting service that equals and even exceeds that being offered by large law firms but at a fraction of the rates.
