Daniel S. Hilker

Daniel S. Hilker is an attorney at Chalgian & Tripp Law Office PLLC in East Lansing, Michigan, where he focuses his practice on elder law, estate planning, probate and estate administration, and probate litigation. He represents individuals and families throughout Michigan.

Mr. Hilker is a dedicated advocate on behalf of his clients. He is committed to providing competent and professional legal advice and representation, guiding his clients through the complexities of the estate planning process and helping them overcome the challenges presented with elder law issues to obtain the best possible result for their situation.

In addition to his law practice, Mr. Hilker is an active contributor to his legal community. He is involved in the State Bar of Michigan, serving as a Probate and Estate Planning Section Council Member, Chair of the Legislative Monitoring & Committee and sitting on the Legislation Development & Drafting Committee. He also belongs to the Ingham County Bar Association and the Greater Lansing Estate Planning Council.

After earning his bachelors is from Ave Maria University and his masters from University of Dallas, Mr. Hilker graduated with honors from Michigan State University College of Law. While attending law school, he gained practical legal experience by serving as a law clerk. After receiving his law degree, he passed the Michigan bar examination and obtained his license to practice law before all Michigan state courts.

Outside of the office, Mr. Hilker gives back to his local community through pro bono and volunteer service. He volunteers at his local church and with various Lansing and East Lansing based organizations.
