Daniel Alex Andrist

Dan is extremely well-versed in insurance issues and helped me with a claim in which my insurance company was refusing to pay for a 4th and final surgery to separate 2 fingers on my right hand. They had been grafted together following a life-threatening infection which almost cost me the loss of my ...hand. It seemed absurd that they would refuse, but they did, calling it "elective surgery". Dan knew just how to respond, and after his expert intervention they relented and paid the surgery costs for this very needed procedure to eventually restore mobility in my hand.

I have known Dan for years. He has always given me the best insurance advice. He has an uncanny ability to analyze an insurance policy and find coverage in a professional and accurate way. In several instances, he has reviewed insurance policies for me, and found a way to have the case defended by... an insurance company.
