Dana Klayman Weitz

Dana M. Klayman is a partner, and formerly managing counsel, of Schatz, Steinberg & Klayman. An energetic and aggressive trial lawyer, she specializes in various areas of personal injury litigation including motor vehicle accidents, trucking accidents, property defects and slip and falls.  In addition to her injury cases, Ms. Klayman handles other related matters including insurance coverage disputes and declaratory actions.

She has served on the board of the Pennsylvania Association for Justice, formerly the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers' Association. Notably, Ms. Weitz has been named a Pennsylvania Super Lawyers Rising Star every year since 2012 and has been nominated for membership to the Million Dollar Advocates Forum each year since 2013.
