In addition to his many qualifications, his prior work as a patent examiner gives him a comprehensive approach for building strategic patent applications with strong defendable claims. My company invented a web technology, and in 2005 Peter drafted and filed a patent application for it. A demonstration of his expertise is that he has overcome every rejection from the USPTO by pointing to the original claims in the application, in other words, Peter gets it right the first time.
