What should have been a fairly simple divorce proved to be quite complex indeed and more of a fight than I ever could have anticipated. I was in a terrible situation financially and emotionally at the beginning of the process and Cynthia calmly told me how to proceed, what steps to take and perhaps ...most importantly to me at the time, not to fear. All of her advice has been stellar. Through every bit of it she has been not only professional, but caring, smart, funny, accessible and if she doesn't have an answer, she'll get it. Her years of experience have been invaluable and despite many times thinking I could "handle it" I listened to her counsel and ended up where I wanted to be. She has patiently talked me off of the ledge more than once. She has a way of explaining to civilians that is the perfect balance of concise and clear, without sounding in any way condescending. I felt better every time I spoke with her and knew with absolute certainty that she would do everything she could for me. Divorce, even the most amicable, is never easy. Someone you trust, who is willing to do battle for you and brings a set of formidable skills to the table is the person you need. And Cynthia is all of those things. I recommend her wholeheartedly.
